Introducing Small Business Solutions

Going against their own grain, Zebra abandoned all category convention to do something a little different for SMBs.

In the summer of 2020 Zebra Warehouse Solutions began marketing to small and medium size businesses for the very first time. Seeing an opportunity to help SMBs overcome the pressures of lightning-speed digital transformation and e-commerce acceleration, they needed a campaign that was equally brand and customer-centric. Leaning on their mascot in a fresh, supporting way, we put the the customer voice center stage to make it crystal clear that Zebra understood the moment, the pressures, and what was at stake.

We went into market with the “The answer’s in black and white” concept but the team and I were also really proud of the two runners up, “Sweet Relief” and “You Do You”.
