Leveling up to the technology
Vecna Robotics leads their industry with cutting-edge autonomous mobile robots. To put it simply, the technology is surprisingly cool and very sophisticated. Their legacy identity—not so much.
I worked with Vecna’s leadership team on an identity deep dive focused on clarifying who they want to be in the market and what authentic story could be told to distinguish them from the field. With a sharper, more meaningful brand positioning in hand—including definition around their values and culture—we revamped their creative identity with a whole new visual identity, voice, and vision. We then brought that vision to a new online presence, event experiences, and ongoing campaigns. Website and illustrations with RedStamp.

The leadership team at Vecna asked us to hold onto the mirrored V and A shapes, representative of the robots’ turning agility. From there we modernized the letterforms with more fluid curves and a sleeker, more confident font for “Robotics.”
Visual language
Vecna’s color palette is led by it’s true neon green, selected both to enhance visibility/safety, and to stand out within the competitive set. The supporting palette was built to deliver on Vecna’s bold promise, and to provide flexibility in design. Custom iconography uses color transparencies in a nod to the intangible quality of the artificial intelligence in the solution.
Voice
Vecna’s voice is, like its core neon green, all about energy. It is crafted to inspire trust and action.
